CVHS Senior Treyton Battise, a corner infielder and pitcher, was selected Athlete of the Week (at the Verde Independent and Camp Verde Bugle).
Treyton has been playing baseball in Camp Verde since T-ball. This is what he has to say about the teammates he has grown up with, “It’s awesome not only seeing the players they have become but the people they have turned out to be. It is great to know I have such good friends and they have the same ambitions as me, to become the best version of themselves they can be”.
