Welcome CVHS ELA Teacher Mr. Metzger!
Here is a little about Mr. Metzger:
- I teach 9th grade English and English Bridge - I enjoy teaching English as it's the art of effective communication and facilitates growth in all aspects of life.
- I am drawn to CVUSD by the people. I've known and greatly respect the teachers and administrators, and I feel a great sense of community. From my experience, the students in the district are gracious, diligent and authentic.
-This year I am looking forward to helping my students appreciate great literature and how it can impact their lives. I am also looking forward to helping my students explore their vast creativity through the art of written expression. And finally, I am looking forward to cheering on the Cowboys on the fields, on the courts and in the theater!
