School resumes on January 3rd. There is so much to learn, it is very exciting!
Parents, here are some helpful tips to ease the transition from the holiday festivities back to school time:
- Adjust your child’s bedtime gradually several days before the first day back.
- Keep them busy with extra physical activity before going back to school.
This helps with back-to-school jitters and nervous energy.
- Talk to your child about what they can expect the first day back to help to build excitement and ease anxiety.
We are looking forward to an amazing second semester.
Happy New Year!
