🏅❄️ CVES Winter Olympics Fun! ❄️🏅
The Winter Olympics have arrived at CVES, and the excitement is in the air! Our fantastic P.E. teacher, Mrs. Dubs, has been bringing the Olympic spirit to life for our students. They’ve been watching real Olympic events, learning about winter sports from around the world, and even trying out their own CVES-style versions of the games!
It’s been amazing to see our students teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship shine. We love watching them learn, grow, and have fun together. Way to go, future Olympians! 💙🏆

🦕 Gifted Field Trip Fun! 🦕
Our gifted 4th and 5th graders visited the Natural History Museum and had a blast! They explored and participated in many interactive displays, making it a fun and engaging learning experience.
We love seeing our students learn beyond the classroom and enjoy new adventures together! Thank you Mrs. Meyer for making this a possibility 😊

Each month, a different grade level decorates our hallway cabinet, and this month our 2nd graders did a wonderful job spreading the love! They created beautiful hearts to showcase the families of our students.

Tomorrow, January 23rd is our first Friday Camp of the 2nd Semester. If your child signed up, they need to be here by 8am and picked up at 12pm.

We are already overflowing with jackets in our Lost & Found! We know mornings are chilly and afternoons warm up, but many jackets are being left behind and not making it home.
Please remind your child to check the Lost & Found regularly. Parents are also welcome to come take a look between 3:15–4:30 PM.
Let’s help those jackets find their way back home! 💙👕
