Meet the Band Teacher

We are thrilled to kick off the new school year with several exciting events this August! We invite you to join us for Meet the Teacher Night and Curriculum & Family Engagement Night, where you’ll have the opportunity to learn more about our school, meet our dedicated staff, and discover the student support available this year.

In addition, we are sharing the District Calendar for your reference. Please note that this year includes several Monday holidays, so be sure to take advantage of the long weekends!

We look forward to seeing you at these events and working together to support your child’s success.

School is almost here, and we can't wait to welcome everyone back — including some new faces!
As you prepare for the upcoming year, please take a moment to review the supply list for your child’s grade level. You’re welcome to bring supplies to Meet the Teacher Night on Tuesday, August 5th, 2025, from 4:30 to 6:00 PM.

Hi CVES Families! Our school office summer hours are Tuesday & Wednesday mornings from 8AM-Noon for new student & kinder registration. Kindergarteners must turn 5 by September 1st. We also have a few spaces remaining in our July Kinder Jump Start Program for Kinder students that are new to our school! Questions? Camp Verde Elementary School has about 20 yearbooks left. The yearbooks can be purchased for $15 in the office until 11am tomorrow (Thursday).

Hello Camp Verde Elementary School Families! Tomorrow 5/22 is the last day of school! Just a friendly reminder that we'll have an early release day at 11:00 a.m. Busses will arrive home approximately 4 hours earlier than normal due to the early release day! Thanks so much!

📢 More Great News Families! It's FOOD that's in while School is out! 🧃🍎🥪 We are thrilled to announce once again we will be serving FREE MEALS through the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP). There are no income or enrollment requirements, and any child age 18 and younger may come to eat. (Children must be accompanied by an adult) *Adults may purchase Breakfast for $3.00 and Lunch for $4.75 cash only* Breakfast and Lunch starting June 2nd through June 20th! Monday through Friday! Breakfast 7:30 am to 8:30 am and Lunch 11:30 am to 12:30 pm! 📞 Still have questions? 📢 Great News for Families! ☀️ This summer, a one-time benefit of $120 per eligible child will be issued through the SUN Bucks program to help families buy groceries while school is out. Many students automatically qualify if they already receive state benefits like SNAP or Medicaid. Families that do not receive those state benefits can fill out the 2025 SUN Bucks Household Application through the Arizona Department of Education to determine if they qualify for the program.
